These terms set out the rules for using Parikshafal. They cover what the site is, what you may and may not do with it, who owns what, and the limits of our responsibility. Using the site means you accept them.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using parikshafal.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether or not you contact us or subscribe to anything.
What this website provides
Parikshafal is a free educational resource. It publishes previous year question papers, exam-related information and practice material to help students prepare for Indian government and board examinations.
Everything on the site is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal or career advice, and it is not a substitute for an official examination notification.
We are not an official examination body
Parikshafal is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official site of any examination board, university, public service commission, recruitment body or government department in India or elsewhere.
Names of examinations, boards and commissions are used only to describe the material they relate to. All such names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Always confirm exam dates, eligibility, syllabus and results against the official notification.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
- Scrape, crawl at an abusive rate, or use automated tools that degrade the service for other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its database, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
- Re-publish our compiled collections, page layouts or written explanations as your own, or mirror the site commercially.
- Upload or submit any material that is unlawful, misleading, malicious or that you do not have the right to share.
- Misrepresent the site as an official source of results or exam notifications.
Downloading papers for your own study, for classroom teaching, or for non-commercial sharing with other students is expressly fine — that is what the site is for.
Intellectual property
Question papers hosted here are examination documents created by the respective boards, commissions and universities. All rights in those documents remain with their owners. They are made available for educational and research use, and we remove any document on a valid request from a rights holder — see the Copyright & DMCA page.
The site's own material — its name and logo, the written explanations, the organisation and tagging of the archive, and the design and code of the site — belongs to Parikshafal and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Papers and material you send us
When you send us a question paper or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that doing so does not breach anyone's rights or a confidentiality obligation.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that material on the site for educational purposes. You keep whatever rights you had in it. We review every submission and may decline, edit the accompanying details, or later remove anything we cannot verify.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising served by Google and other advertising partners. Advertisements are not endorsements: we do not control which ads appear, and we are not responsible for the products, services or claims of any advertiser. If an ad on this site appears to be misleading or inappropriate, please report it to contact@parikshafal.com with the page URL. How advertising cookies work is described in the Cookie Policy.
Third-party links
The site links to official exam portals, file hosts and other external websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or data practices. A link is not an endorsement, and your use of any external site is governed by that site's own terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including individual papers or whole sections, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, current or fit for any particular purpose, or that the site will be free of errors or interruptions. Our full Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parikshafal and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including loss arising from reliance on any information, a missed deadline, an examination outcome, or the unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
